      Surf level and progression?

      Q: Do I need prior surfing experience to join the surf retreat?

      A: Not at all! Our surf retreat welcomes participants of all skill levels, including beginners. Whether you’ve never touched a surfboard before or are just starting out, Podi ensures top-quality and safe learning experience. Our L1 and L2 surf lessons are specifically tailored for beginners, providing a solid foundation to get you started.

      Q: What about intermediate and advanced surfers? Do you have something for us?

      A: Absolutely! We offer tailored experiences for L3,L4 & L5. We specialise in being able to provide expert surf tuition, quality video analysis and personalised feedback for all levels. With Podi’s competition level personal surf experience he is prepared for all from beginner-pro.

      HOW TO GET HERE

      Arrival airport:

      Colombo Airport (CMB)

      Airport transfers included in all bookings with 2 or more guests

      CAR/ VAN:

      2,5 hr drive from airport to our accommodation.

      €60 per transfer

      TRAIN:

      Weligama can also be reached by train from Colombo, which is the most affordable option. The journey takes about 4+ hours, and tickets can be booked online.
